Ophelia Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information the Ophelia app for Android (com.adamselite.ophelia, "the app") uses, and why. The app is published by adamselite.com ("we", "us"). If you have questions, contact support@adamselite.com.

The short version

Information stored on your device

The app saves your win/loss record and your settings (Real deck, Card count and how the screen turns) on your device so they're there next time. We don't receive this information. You can erase it by clearing the app's data in your phone's settings, or by uninstalling the app. If you use Android's built-in backup, your device may include this data in its backup to your Google account, under Google's terms.

Device features the app uses

Playing in a web browser

Ophelia can also be played in a web browser at adamselite.com/apps/ophelia/play/, or from a copy of that page saved on your computer. The browser version works the same way: your win/loss record and settings are saved only in your browser's own storage on your device, and nothing is sent to us. You can erase them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, may log technical details of requests to load the page, such as your IP address; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. The game page loads nothing from any other site.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we'll help address it.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't collect it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
